At Gerber Childrenswear, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return unwashed and unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
