What is your return policy for baby apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, some personal care items may be final sale.
Are your fabrics safe for sensitive newborn skin?
Yes, we prioritize safety and comfort. Many of our products are made from 100% cotton and are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they are tested for harmful substances to protect your baby's delicate skin.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international customers in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. However, you can return your items once they arrive.
